You’re more than welcome to request a specific type of therapy when working with her, but there is no pressure to do this. Rebecca is experienced in tailoring her therapeutic skills, and knowledge according to you, and the issues you are bringing to therapy.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is derived from ‘Analysis’, which was the foundation of therapy. It focuses on exploring the depths of the mind so that we can gradually make sense of ourselves.
