WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU

Stay Connected

Before you have your first therapy session, you’ll need to have an introductory call.
This is to ensure that Rebecca is the appropriate therapist to meet your current needs

contact

All introductory calls are free, and pre-booked by appointment to ensure that there is plenty of time to talk, and ask questions.

An introductory call usually takes between 20 – 30 minutes. During this call, you’ll be asked to provide details about your reasons for seeking therapy.

Rebecca will explain how the process gets started, and what you can expect.
You’ll be given an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have at this stage.

Rebecca runs a busy practice and is often in-session during the day.

Text is the fastest way to book you appointment, as she can reply to you quickly.

ALTERNATIVELY

You are welcome to call but if Rebecca is in session, you’ll need to leave a voicemail with your name and mobile number, so she can send a text to arrange your introductory call.

You are welcome to send an email, but emails are responded to less frequently than texts. If you send an email requesting an appointment, there may be a delay in you receiving your reply.

We always advise sending a text, when seeking to arrange your first appointment.
