Ongoing Therapy Sessions

Once you have completed your first session, assuming you wish to proceed with your therapy, you will be offered a designated recurring appointment time. *This is usually a weekly appointment at the same time every week.

Therapy commences on a weekly basis as this is the most effective way to ensure the efficacy of the therapeutic process.

The duration of your therapy is open-ended. This means that you’ll attend for as little or as long as you would like to, until the things you want to work on, have been processed to a level that feels right for you.

You may wish to reduce the frequency of your therapy sessions once you feel like you are managing/coping. Rebecca will explain this further during the ‘Introductory First Call’ / ‘First Session’.

The therapy can be brought to a close at any time that feels right for you. There is no obligation to have a specific number of sessions. It is advised that you have at least one session to end the work. Rebecca will discuss this with you during your introductory call/first session, and you can further discuss this at any point in the process. Rebecca will guide you accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE:

Rebecca has a flexi-fair cancellation policy for all sessions. She will discuss this with you in detail during your introductory call / first session.
