Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is derived from 'Analysis', which was the foundation of therapy. It focuses on exploring the depths of the mind so that we can gradually make sense of ourselves.
Dream Analysis
Dream Analysis helps you to make sense of your unconscious thought processes. When we're asleep our conscious thought is suspended and our unconscious awakens.
