As a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, Rebecca is perfectly placed to offer therapy services to help support and treat clients experiencing a variety of different psychological issues and conditions ranging from daily life stress through to complex mental health problems.
With a solid understanding of psychology and mental health, Rebecca offers her clients an array of different therapeutic options which focus on overcoming personal and psychological issues to achieve a more fulfilled and happy life.
Owner & founder of The White Barn, the concept of creating a safe and comfortable place for anyone attempting to deal with various conditions, such as depression, anxiety, low-self esteem and other complex mental health needs, was something she felt passionate about achieving.
Rebecca has a warm and welcoming approach with all of her clients. Regardless of what you may be facing, she doesn’t judge you but instead offers support and understanding. She works at your pace in the way that feels right for you. She is always open to adapting her work to suit her client’s needs and brings total commitment to each and every session.
